Amber McMuffins!!!

Ha HAA! I just made my first ever Amber McMuffin!!! (It's just like an Egg McMuffin, but cheaper since you make it at home, and it takes a little longer to get one.)

English muffin, slice of Canadian bacon, egg cooked in an empty tuna can with the bottom cut off, and a slice of cheese. Why didn't I start doing this YEARS ago???
