Why I like Live Journal

My previous post was me feeling upset and not having anyone to talk to at the time. I let all my frustration out in my LJ, and now I feel a lot better! I got it off my chest, and now I can move on. I guess this is why I like any kind of journaling, but this way I have yet another excuse to stay on the 'puter! ;)

I remember this girl. I can't believe she wants a duplicate key! That's really taking advantage of you. Heck! I didn't give Scott a key to my apartment for several months and we were DATING!! I'm not sure what to tell you other than tell her you CANNOT make a copy of your key because of management and leave it at that. Tell her if she'd like to stay with you, she's welcome but she'll need to give you a sufficient heads up as you are a very busy person.

You are a wise woman! (Of course, I say this because you are basically recommending EXACTLY what I did that same night! LOL)

But she is really not welcome... I don't want that to sound mean, but I am not a hotel, and I don't want someone staying here every 3-4 weeks just to visit someone else (even if I could make duplicate keys; but it's been explained that I CANNOT.)

I think the thing that bothers me most about this is that when she asks for something, she basically EXPECTS you to say yes, and if you don't, then you are acting mean or selfish in her opinion. She needs to understand that the world does not revolve around her, and I think her life will be a lot easier and drama-free once that happens... Then again, for some people it really never happens! Uff da!
