Bonzo got a haircut!

ambericaThis shave took 4.5 hours. The gals at the grooming place kept commenting on how surprisingly THICK this little guy's fur was! They were also very surprised that there was no matting - Jon and I told them that there had been, but we have been brushing him at least twice a day to keep it in check. They were very impressed. ^_^ They think he very well may have a little Newfoundland blood, which would account for his super thick coat and big feet. You can also now see features that point to him potentially having some Lab in him, and maybe some Basset? Who knows! Our dog is a total mutt - LOL! Even with his moppy hair all shaved, you can still feel just how thick it is. He feels like a super soft, velvet, newly shorn baby lamb. Are you ready for the pictures???
