Rough Day

This day has been hard for me. Now that I'm feeling better, I look back and wonder exactly what made it SO hard. Tough to say. I guess it was a combination of thoughts, feelings, events and reactions all added together. I'm just glad that I am feeling better now. Thank you, Jon.
