I did it - I went home from work and I actually cried for real, just like I said I felt like doing! I came in and put away my coat and purse, looked through the mail and told Jon about my day. I also warned him that I was feeling especially menstrual and might need to cry for no logical reason at all, and then I sat down next to him, leaned over and laid my head on his leg and just sobbed. I felt so stupid. I moaned a bit about the wedding: "I just want everyone to be HAPPY - waaah" and how NO ONE was happy except ME, and even *I* wasn't happy because no one else was (yeah, I know, that doesn't even make sense. Tell that to my uterus.)

After about 90 seconds, I finished my crying and went to take a hot bath. So. Got that out of my system. We'll see how today goes.

GOD FUCKING DAMMIT I STILL HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED SHOPPING FOR A DRESS. AAUUGGHHHH... ppptpphppbbbbbbbb

the dress will come. and, quoting me from before, it is your day, so if your inner were bride needs a big dress, why not? Or take a custom from the 30's and 40's and have a dress to greet people, a dress to get married in, and a dress for driving away with your honey. Maybe your inner were bride would dig that? You can also sell your dress after you use it, too, if you want to do the big fluffy white dress.

and on a COMPLETE sidenote, how do I screen who can look at comments? I know how to screen posts, but I don't know how to screen comments of screened posts.

Hmmm.... screening comments ... Comments will always be seen by anyone who can see an entry - so like, if you set a post to be visible by only people on your Friends List, then those people will be able to see all comments made to that post, but no one else on the internet can.

Another thing to do is to personally screen each comment before it is posted online (I do this for all comments made by people not on my F-List - sometimes you just don't want that crap on your journal) - you can do this by following the instructions here, but as soon as you unscreen a comment, everyone who can see that entry can see the comment as well.

If someone has commented on your journal and you want to get rid of that comment, or just hide it from all the world (except yourself), follow these instructions here.

Hope this helps! I know all your good feedback has been helping me keep bridal sanity, or at least something close to it. Thank you for being such a good friend. ^_^
